• Welcome back students to another school year. I hope all goes well in your studies.
• This year will bring about many changes to the chemistry curriculum with the new trimester system being implemented. The first major change to the chemistry curriculum will be the speed at which the material will be presented. Secondly, all chemistry classes will be aligned. This will mean that all chemistry classes will give the same test on the same day. This alignment will allow students to transition from class to another and teacher to teacher without missing a thing.
• Parents and students you can find all the homework that is to be assigned for the both semesters in the syllabus pages under the Chemistry I section located to the left.
• Students check for updates in the “Labs” section of Lopezlink and be sure to view the available help for each of the labs. It is a good idea to print the help pages out and place them into your binder, remember that the lab quizzes are open note.
